Lethal control is only used on non protected nuisance species like pigeons, starlings, and house sparrows; protected species are handled by exclusion and legal removal methods. Local restrictions and nest conditions still matter. Active protected nests, eggs and nestlings may require authorization or a change in timing. We confirm the lawful approach before starting.
